Atcola Vivant was invisible on Google. Their listings were buried under aggregator sites, their old pages took over six seconds to load on mobile, and potential guests were dropping off before ever seeing a photo of the villas.
What I built
I rebuilt the site from the ground up — structured data and location-focused SEO on every page, image delivery optimized for slow hotel-WiFi connections, and a booking flow that gets guests from landing page to enquiry in under three clicks.
